• Enquiry and questionnaire answers — your name, company, email, phone number, business type, fleet size, revenue range, booking sources, priorities, service interests, investment range and desired outcomes, where you choose to provide them.
• Booking details — the meeting date, time and timezone you select when scheduling a consultation.
• Correspondence — messages you send us by email or social media.
• Basic technical data — standard server and hosting logs generated when a page is requested.

We do not ask for payment card details on this website and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

To respond to your enquiry, prepare for and hold your consultation, provide proposals and services, keep records of our discussions, and improve how the site and our offer are presented. We do not sell your data.

Our lawful bases are your consent (when you submit a form), our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, and performing a contract where we go on to work together.

We use a small number of trusted service providers to run this site and our intake process, which may include our website hosting and database platform, our scheduling provider (Calendly) for consultation bookings, our internal messaging tool for new-enquiry notifications, and email providers. These providers process data on our instructions only. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

Enquiry and questionnaire records are kept for as long as needed to follow up and to keep proper business records, and are deleted or anonymised when no longer required. You can ask us to delete your record sooner.

If you are in the UK or EU you can ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your personal data, object to processing, or withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@sovranlondon.com and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.

This site uses only what is needed to load pages and run embedded features. Our scheduling embed (Calendly) may set its own cookies when you interact with it, under its own privacy policy. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some features may then not work.

Enquiry data is stored on managed, access-controlled infrastructure and transmitted over encrypted connections. No system can be guaranteed perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information you give us and limit access to those who need it.
